Order Terms and Conditions

  1. Term of Agreement
    The term of the Agreement commences on the date Strategic Government Resources delivers written (or electronic) confirmation of its acceptance of Client’s Order, and terminates on the End Date set forth in the Order or forty-eight (48) hours after either party delivers written notice to the other of its intent to terminate this Agreement for any reason. In the event of any termination, Client shall remain liable for any amount due under an Order, which obligation to pay shall survive any termination of this Agreement. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of the Agreement relating to confidentiality and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, shall so survive.

  2. Acceptance/Rejection of Orders
    Submission of the Client's completed Order authorizes Strategic Government Resources to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide and/or deliver the services services described in the Order for the price proposed therein. The Order is not binding on Strategic Government Resources unless or until Strategic Government Resources delivers written confirmation of its acceptance of the Order to the Client. Strategic Government Resources reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any Order. Acceptance of an Order only obligates Strategic Government Resources to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the Order. In the event Strategic Government Resources accepts an Online Training Order, Client shall have thirty (30) business days to complete online training as required by the Order. In the event Client fails to do so within such thirty (30) day period, the Agreement shall immediately terminate. The Client remains responsible for payment. Strategic Government Resources agrees to work with clients facing extenuating circumstance. Live class, curriculum, books, manuals, and membership dues purchases are payable net 30 days if the "Bill Me" option is selected by the Client. Credit Card purchases are typically processed within two (2) business days of submission. Failure to attend a course a client has registered/paid for personally or on behalf of an employee of said client's organization does not release the client from payment. If unable to attend a training event, client may send another person in his/her place at no additional cost.  Questions concerning refunds, billing, and orders, should be directed via email to

  3. Terms of Payment
    Promptly after sending written confirmation of its acceptance of Client’s Order, Strategic Government Resources will invoice the Client the amount set forth in the Order. Unless otherwise stated in the Order: (i) payment of one hundred percent (100%) of such amount shall be payable to Strategic Government Resources upon receipt of the invoice net 30 days; (ii) Amounts unpaid by Client after thirty (30) days shall bear interest at the rate of one-and-one-half percent (1.5%) per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) until paid in full. In the event of any failure by Client to make payment, the Client will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Strategic Government Resources in collecting such amounts. Without limiting any other remedy available to Strategic Government Resources in law or equity, in the event that the Client is in default of its obligations hereunder, including without limitation delinquent in payments required to be made hereunder, the Client shall upon notice by Strategic Government Resources cease-and-desist from any further use of any information, materials or other deliverables acquired under this Agreement. All payments due hereunder are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Clients shall be responsible for all applicable taxes.

  4. Confidentiality
    During the term of this Agreement, and until such time as the "Confidential Information" (as defined below) is no longer protected as confidential information under Texas law, neither party will use or disclose any "Confidential Information" of the other party except as specifically contemplated herein.Strategic Government Resources agrees to use Client information including but not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, etc., solely as such information pertains to Clients ability to access and complete the Client's Order. Client agrees that all information contained within The Order has been prepared for the exclusive use of Strategic Government Resources (SGR). All rights reserved, including the right of reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form.

Neither Strategic Government Resources (SGR) not its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents, make any claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the information contained herein.     By submitting its Order to Strategic Government Resources, the Client agrees to these Standard Terms.
