Managing Change has been developed by Strategic Government Resources for local government supervisors. The hour-long course equips participants with the ability to articulate the nature of change, execute the implementation, evaluation, adjusting, and monitoring phases of change, and apply change management principles to an existing business case.

This course is suitable for employees throughout all levels of your organization, but is most appropriate for supervisors and mid-level managers.
