Tools for Successful Leadership

This course explores the concepts of leadership and helps the participant recognize leadership opportunities in the workplace and community. All of us can be leaders regardless of our job in our organizations. Tools for Successful Leadership teaches you to identify the characteristics of effective leaders and the role that personal values play in leadership. Through self-assessments, you will learn more about yourself as a leader and how different personality styles impact leadership. You will also learn to recognize the dynamic relationship between leaders and followers as you identify the difference between management and leadership!
