Preventing Workplace Violence [2 hours]

This course will deal with the difficult issue of workplace violence. Employees at all levels will learn how to recognize and respond to situations, which have the potential to escalate into violence, what to do about it when the potential for workplace violence exists, and how to deal with situations that arise.
