Managing Change

For any change initiative to be effective, the change process must be aggressively managed.  This workshop will train supervisory and management personnel to lead and manage change successfully.  The course starts with a leader, "self check for change," moves into a change management mode, and through case study and practical discussion defines the components of an effective change initiative.  Participants plan the implementation of change facing their workgroups as the closing application exercise.  This class offers individuals an interactive approach to understanding and managing change.  Participants will gain a heightened awareness into their own processes of adapting to fundamental change while gaining tools in understanding and guiding others through change.
